RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items that do not to meet the criteria above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund to cover the expense of cleaning and/or repair.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note:
A return shipping fee of CHF 15 will be deducted for orders within the EU.
A fee of CHF 35 applies to returns from the rest of the world.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
